“Teacher” means a person who is licensed to teach pursuant to chapter 391 of NRS and who provides instruction in a classroom. The term does not include persons who are licensed but not providing instruction in a classroom on a regular basis, including administrators, school counselors, school audiologists, librarians, library media specialists, school nurses, school psychologists and school social workers.
