GENERAL RESTRICTIONS ON USE |
NAC407.140. Pets and other domestic animals.
- Except as otherwise provided in NAC 407.251 and 407.370, a person shall not:
1. Bring a pet or other domestic animal into a park unless the pet or domestic animal is:
(a) Caged;
(b) Contained inside an automobile, trailer, motor home, camper or other vehicle; or
(c) Kept upon a leash no longer than 6 feet.
2. Permit a pet or other domestic animal to create a nuisance or disturbance.
3. Fail to clean up waste deposited by a pet or other domestic animal.
4. Fail to control a pet or other domestic animal properly.
5. Unless written approval is given by the supervisor of a park, have a pet or other domestic animal, other than a service animal or service animal in training, at a beach for swimming, inside a building, or in any other area which the supervisor of the park has designated as an area closed to pets or other domestic animals.
