NAC408.778. Restrictions on location of panel.

A panel must not be erected at an interchange or intersection where the motorist cannot conveniently reenter the freeway and continue in the same direction of travel, at interchanges between a freeway and an expressway or at an interchange between freeways. If there is a business loop, the panel may be placed at the interchange or intersection closest to the qualified business. If the business is at a point halfway between an intersection or an interchange, the responsible operator may select the intersection or interchange for the placement of the business sign.
