NAC410.710. Exemption of nonconforming signs: Requests for renewal.

Latest version.

Every 3 years after an exemption within a defined area is granted, the governmental agency which initially requested the exemption must:

1. Perform an economic analysis justifying renewal of the exemption; and

2. Submit to the Department the results of the analysis and a request for renewal of the exemption.
