NAC426.145. Procedure for suspension or revocation of license; procedure for suspension or termination of operating agreement.

- If the Bureau determines that the conduct of an operator requires suspension or revocation of the operator’s license, or the suspension or termination of his or her operating agreement before the expiration of the period specified in the agreement, the Bureau will provide to the operator an opportunity to present evidence to the Bureau which tends to show that the operator is in compliance with all requirements for retention of his or her license or operating agreement through the process for review of administrative complaints set forth in NAC 426.416 to 426.500, inclusive. The Bureau will provide to the operator notice of that opportunity and will set forth in the notice the grounds for the suspension or revocation of the operator’s license, or the suspension or termination of his or her operating agreement.
