A J-1 visa physician or an employer may request a hearing on any action taken by the Administrator pursuant to subsection 3 of NAC 439A.745 or 439A.750. The hearing must be conducted in accordance with the procedures set forth in NAC 439.300 to 439.395, inclusive.
