NAC444.550. Applicability.

Latest version.

NAC 444.550 to 444.566, inclusive, do not apply to facilities for permanent family or individual occupancy, nor to facilities or premises assigned to an employee for his or her exclusive use or convenience. The application of these sections is not intended to apply to temporary ranching activities, including buckarooing or the roundup and moving of sheep and cattle.
