NAC445A.052. Transfer of permit.

Latest version.

     1. A permit is not transferable as to location.

     2. With the written concurrence of the Department, a permit may be transferred from the holder to:

     (a) The executor or administrator of the estate of a deceased person;

     (b) The trustee of a trust; or

     (c) Any other person.
