  • “Resources management plan” means a plan which is prepared by a federal agency administering land in consultation with the State or a municipality and which is reasonably designed to prevent, eliminate or reduce water pollution from diffuse sources resulting from the use, maintenance or improvement of soil, water and plant resources.
