NAC445A.5405. Submission of sampling logs.

A public water system operating a facility to treat or blend groundwater shall submit a sampling log every 3 months to the Division or the appropriate district board of health that verifies the facility is properly treating or blending the water in accordance with NAC 445A.450 to 445A.492, inclusive. The Division or the appropriate district board of health may reduce the frequency for submittal of the sampling log information after the facility provides sampling information verifying that the facility is providing treated or blended water that is consistent with the minimum requirements of NAC 445A.450 to 445A.492, inclusive.
