The Health Division hereby adopts by reference the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, in the form most recently published by the American Psychiatric Association. A copy of the manual may be obtained from the American Psychiatric Association at 1000 Wilson Boulevard, Suite 1825, Arlington, Virginia 22209-3901, at the Internet address http://www.psych.org or by telephone at (800) 368-5777, for the price of $64, plus $9.95 for shipping and handling.
