NAC459.374. Notice of intent to vacate premises.

Each specific licensee must, no less than 30 days before vacating or relinquishing possession or control of premises which may have been contaminated with radioactive material as a result of his or her activities, notify the Division in writing of intent to vacate. When deemed necessary by the Division, the licensee shall decontaminate the premises in the manner specified by the Division.
