NAC502.4269. “Private entity” defined.

As used in NAC 502.4269 to 502.42696, inclusive, “private entity” means a private entity that enters into a contract pursuant to paragraph (b) of subsection 3 of NRS 502.219 to sell chances to win Dream Tags, conduct any required drawing for Dream Tags and issue Dream Tags.
