NAC504.550. Vested rights in use of water not impaired.

Latest version.

The provisions of NAC 504.510 to 504.540, inclusive, do not impair any vested rights in the use of water. A right to use water must not be impaired or affected if it has been legally acquired and used before the effective date of these provisions.
