NAC587.3399. Requirements of isolation.

The Department shall establish a zone of isolation for each species of prevariety germplasm of the tested or selected class. The zone must be free from off-type plants and other cross-pollinating species. The Department shall not establish a zone of isolation for any prevariety germplasm of the source identified class.
