NAC587.810. Fees.

     1. The Department will charge the following fees for the registration and certification of garlic:

	Foundation block.................................................................	$55 per acre or part of an acre
	Nursery increase block.........................................................	$55 per acre or part of an acre
	Certified block.....................................................................	$12 per acre or part of an acre
	Optional field test for stem and bulb nematode..................	$17 per acre or part of an acre
			for a certified block

     2. A participant must pay any fees set forth in this section no later than February 15 of the year in which the garlic is planted.

     3. Any check must be payable to the Nevada State Department of Agriculture.

     4. The Department will refund any fees paid for services that are not rendered less any direct costs incurred by the Department.
