NAC618.5106. Suspension or revocation of permit for violations.

The Enforcement Section may suspend or revoke a permit issued pursuant to NRS 618.898 if the Enforcement Section finds that:

1. The holder of the permit is in violation of any federal or state statute or regulation that governs activities for the safe manufacture of explosives; and

2. The violation constitutes an imminent danger.
