     1. The Board hereby adopts by reference the following:

     (a) Federal Standard 209E, “Airborne Particulate Cleanliness Classes in Cleanrooms and Clean Zones,” as revised on September 11, 1992, by the Institute of Environmental Sciences. The Board will periodically review the standards and publications adopted by reference pursuant to paragraphs (b) to (f), inclusive, of subsection 1 and determine within 120 days after the review whether any change made to those standards or publications is appropriate for application in this State. If the Board does not disapprove a change to an adopted standard or publication within 120 days after the review, the change is deemed to be approved by the Board.
