NAC652.486. Provisional certification.

The Division shall, upon request by a technologist or technician who is required to pass a national examination for certification and who has been accepted as a candidate for testing, issue him or her a provisional certificate. The provisional certificate expires 180 days after the date of issue and is not renewable. No technologist or technician may request more than three provisional certificates pursuant to this section. The fee for a provisional certificate is the same as the fee set forth in NAC 652.488 for the certification of personnel.
