NAC706.133. Rejection of documents.

Latest version.

A document which is not in compliance with the provisions of NAC 706.010 to 706.4019, inclusive, or applicable statutes may be rejected. If rejected, that document will be returned with an indication of the deficiencies. The acceptance of a document for filing is not a determination that the document complies with all regulations of the Authority and is not a waiver of those regulations.
