NAC706.269. Agreements between carriers: Retention of records.

Each conference, bureau, committee or other organization established or continued pursuant to any agreement filed with the Authority pursuant to NAC 706.257 to 706.269, inclusive, shall, for a period of not less than 3 years, maintain records, files and memoranda pertaining to all proposals considered by it.
