NAC104.314. Acceptable punctuation marks.

1. One or more of the following punctuation marks are acceptable in the name of a secured party or debtor in any UCC document:
(a) A period;
(b) A comma;
(c) A question mark;
(d) An exclamation point;
(e) A colon;
(f) A semicolon;
(g) A hyphen;
(h) Parentheses;
(i) Braces;
(j) Brackets;
(k) Single quotation marks;
(l) Double quotation marks;
(m) A forward slash; and
(n) A backward slash.
2. A UCC document which contains any mark other than a mark listed in subsection 1 will be refused.
