NAC118B.100. Approval of course and instructor: Requirement; application to Administrator.

Latest version.

1. A person shall not offer or teach a course unless the course and the instructor have first been approved by the Administrator.

2. A person who wishes to offer or teach a course must submit an application to the Administrator on a form provided by the Division.
