NAC118B.360. Determination of average monthly rent; publication of reports.

The Division will determine the average monthly rent for each class of manufactured home lot in the county where the manufactured home is located by using the reports which are submitted annually to the Division pursuant to NRS 118B.025. The Division will publish the reports in June of each year.
