NAC118B.550. Changes to certain information regarding owner and manager or assistant manager of park and agent for service of process; notice requirements.

If there is any change in the information that a landlord is required by NRS 118B.080 to disclose in writing to each tenant of a manufactured home park, the landlord shall disclose the change in writing to each tenant of the park not later than 30 days after the change takes place.
