NAC119A.285. Disclosure of interest.

If a licensee owns or has an interest in a unit, time share or an interest in a time share which he or she is attempting to sell, the licensee shall disclose the interest and the fact and nature of his or her license in writing to a prospective purchaser before or at the time of his or her receipt of an offer to purchase.
