NAC120A.045. Alteration or correction of verified report or related form or other document.

If a report, form or other document that is required to be verified and filed with the Administrator pursuant to this chapter or chapter 120A of NRS is altered or corrected after it has been verified, the person who verified the document must initial and date the alteration or correction.
