NAC127.236. Study of prospective adoptive home: Provision of information to prepare prospective adoptive parent.

A child-placing agency shall assist each prospective adoptive parent to prepare to become an adoptive parent by providing him or her with information during the study of his or her prospective adoptive home about the adoption process and issues which may arise once a child is placed in that home.
