NAC127.250. Termination of parental rights of biological father.

If, pursuant to the provisions of NRS 128.150, it is necessary to conduct a proceeding to terminate the parental rights of the biological father of a child awaiting adoption, a child-placing agency shall attempt to obtain from the biological mother of the child an affidavit responding to the inquiry required pursuant to subsection 3 of NRS 128.150.
