NAC211.110. Exemption of existing facilities and equipment.

If any facility or equipment being used by a local correctional institution on November 24, 1998, does not fully meet the requirements for design and construction of this chapter, the facility or equipment is exempt from those requirements and may be continued in use if it is in good repair, is capable of being maintained in a sanitary condition and creates no health hazard.
