NAC213.260. Postponement of payment.

If the Chief Parole and Probation Officer grants a waiver of immediate collection of the fees upon condition of future payment, the parolee or probationer shall pay the back fees if at any time before the end of the term of parole or probation his or her income becomes sufficient to enable him or her to do so.
