NAC217.110. Fictitious address for victim of domestic violence: Service of process on participant.

Latest version.

     1. If the secretary of state accepts service of process for a participant, he will send the process and any associated documents to that participant:

     (a) By certified mail; and

     (b) Within 24 hours after he accepts the service of process.

     2. As used in this section, “participant” has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 217.400.
