NAC228.300. Scope.

The provisions of NAC 228.300 to 228.640, inclusive, govern all practice and procedure before the Committee whenever the Committee is acting as an agency, as that term is defined in NRS 233B.031, including, without limitation, whenever the Committee is authorized by law to make regulations or to determine contested cases.
