NAC232.010. Definitions.

Latest version.

As used in NAC 232.010 to 232.140, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires:

     1. “Chief” means the chief of a division of the Department.

     2. “Department” means the Department of Business and Industry.

     3. “Director” means the Director of the Department.
