NAC233.200. Determination of person who conducts hearing.

After receiving all the evidence, the person who conducts the hearing shall make a determination whether or not the respondent has engaged in any unlawful discriminatory practice. The Commission will serve a copy of the determination upon the complainant and respondent within 10 days after the determination is made.
