NAC233A.070. Officers; election; vacancies.

The Commission will elect its Chairman and Vice Chairman during the first meeting of each even-numbered calendar year. If a vacancy occurs among the elected officers, the Chairman or a quorum of the commissioners shall call a special meeting for the purpose of electing an officer to fill the vacancy.
