NAC278.320. Certification: Reference to compliance with chapter.

A local agency which certifies to the Division, pursuant to subsection 3 of NRS 278.335, that the water quality and quantity, sewage disposal and control of water pollution for a subdivision meet all the requirements of law must also certify that the requirements of this chapter are met, if the agency so finds.
