NAC281.280. Entry into agreements for immunity from civil liability.

Before receiving any money pursuant to the provisions of NAC 281.250, an organization must enter into a written agreement with the State Controller which provides that the State of Nevada, the State Controller and his or her officers, employees and agents, and the Division of Human Resource Management of the Department of Administration and its officers, employees and agents are immune from civil liability for damages sustained as a result of any act or omission taken to administer the provisions of NAC 281.250 to 281.290, inclusive.
