NAC284.0742. “Paid status” defined.

Latest version.

“Paid status” means the time that an employee is:

     1. Working;

     2. On leave with pay, except catastrophic leave; or

     3. On a leave of absence due to a fiscal emergency declared pursuant to NAC 284.580.
