NAC284.0748. “Pay class designation” defined.

“Pay class designation” means the designation set by the Division of Human Resource Management for a group of employees whose pay is calculated in a similar manner, including, without limitation, the maximum number of full-time equivalent hours in a biweekly or semimonthly pay period, the method of reporting hours worked and whether pay is calculated on the basis of hours worked or an annual salary.
