NAC284.292. Notification of uncollected overpayment.

If the Division of Human Resource Management determines that an employee in the classified or unclassified service has been paid in a manner which is contrary to the applicable laws and regulations and the agency has been unsuccessful in collecting the overpayment, the Division of Human Resource Management will notify the State Controller after it has reviewed the circumstances with the agency concerned.
