NAC284.525. Reduction of hours by mutual agreement.

Except with respect to a leave of absence without pay during a fiscal emergency of the State or an agency pursuant to NAC 284.580, an appointing authority and an employee may reduce the employee’s working hours to less than full time by mutual agreement.
