NAC284.587. Civil leave with pay for certain public officers or employees or when absence is necessary to meet state of emergency or declaration of disaster.

Civil leave with pay must be granted to an employee who meets the requirements of NRS 281.149 or 284.357, and may also be granted by the appointing authority to an employee whose absence from the job is necessary to meet a state of emergency or declaration of disaster proclaimed by the Governor or by resolution of the Legislature pursuant to NRS 414.070.
