NAC284.608. Termination of seasonal employee.

Latest version.

An employee in a seasonal position must receive at least 1 week’s notice of separation due to lack of money or a lack of work. The provisions of this chapter which relate to layoffs, including rights of displacement, do not apply to seasonal separations.
