  • All permanent employees to be laid off must be given written notice of the layoff at least 30 calendar days before the effective date of the layoff. A copy of the seniority calculations and layoff notice must be sent to the Division of Human Resource Management. The notice must specifically list the positions and locations where the employee has a current right to displace another employee, if those positions and locations are known at the time of notification.
