NAC286.270. Monthly benefit check.

Latest version.

A retired employee may designate that his or her monthly benefit check be:

     1. Mailed directly to a specified address;

     2. Mailed directly to his or her account in a credit union, a savings and loan association or a commercial bank which is not in this state; or

     3. Transmitted through a system for the electronic transfer of funds to his or her account in a commercial bank which is in this state and which is capable of receiving funds in this manner.
