NAC286.380. Application for benefits for survivors.

To receive payments pursuant to NRS 286.671 to 286.679, inclusive, a recipient of benefits or the guardian of a recipient who is a minor must complete and submit the proper form for applying for such payments. The form must be submitted with all required documentation.
