NAC287.155. Date of receipt of required notices.

A person shall be deemed to have received any notice required pursuant to this chapter or chapter 287 of NRS 5 days after the notice is mailed, by first-class mail, to that person’s last known address, unless the Executive Officer or an authorized designee thereof waives this provision because of extenuating circumstances that are sufficient to justify the waiver.
