NAC288.030. “Complainant” and “petitioner” defined.

“Complainant” or “petitioner” means:

     1. A local government employer as defined in NRS 288.060;

     2. An employee organization as defined in NRS 288.040; or

     3. A local government employee as defined in NRS 288.050.
