Between November 1 and December 1 of each year, each local government employee organization shall file with the Board a list of its current officers and representatives including, but not limited to, any and all elected officials and other professional representatives retained to administer the various activities of the employee organization. The employee organization may elect, appoint or retain additional or other officers and representatives subsequent thereto.
